Why I’m Taking Part
This years event will be linked to the 80th anniversary of D-Day, which we will 3 teams of 5, complete the following challenge;
51 mile walk - distance between Tidworth and the Historic dockyard, Portsmouth which was one of the main departure points on D-Day.
197km row - Distance between the Historic dockyard and Sword beach.
1092km cycle - Distance between Sword beach and Hamburg, where the last notable battle between British and Germnay troops took place between April - May 1944
