As a Veteran Liaison Support Officer, a military wife and relative of service personnel, I've witnessed firsthand the profound sacrifices our veterans make, not just during their service, but in the years that follow.
Our service families give everything in defence of our country and they deserve more than just our gratitude, they deserve tangible support, resources and a community that stands by them - this is why i'm proud to get my walking boots on and raise money that goes directly towards making a difference to our beneficiaries. The money raised helps to provide housing, mental health support and employment support for those who who served, and deserve! This cause is a personal one, it's about honoring the service of those that are close to me and the veterans i am proud to work with.
