This is our annual fundraising walk for the most vulnerable military veterans in out communities who have served king and country. It has gone from strength to strength every year and this year will be even bigger and better.
We will be setting off from GMP, Force Headquarters, Northampton Road, Manchester M40 5BP at 1800hrs. Along the route we will be stopping at Walking With the Woundeds Canada Street facility so everyone can see where some of the funds get spent before continuing into the city centre. The walk will end at the Cenotaph in St Peters Square, where we will pay our respects to those who have lost their lives fighting for their country.
The walk will be approximately 3 miles and will take a little over an hour.
