This is Walking With The Wounded's annual fundraising walk for the most vulnerable military veterans in our communities who have served king and country. We will be joining with Walking With The Wounded / Greater Manchester Police and setting off from the GMP Force Headquarters, Northampton Road, Manchester, M40 5BP at 1800 hours on Thursday 05 December. Along our route, we will be stopping at Walking With The Wounded's Canada Street facility so that everyone can see where the funds get spent before continuing onto the city centre. The walk will end at the Cenotaph, in St Peters Square, where we will pay our respects for those who have lost their lives fighting for their country. Everyone is then invited to Irwin Mitchell at One St Peters Square, where we will host festive refreshments. The walk will be approximately 3 miles and will take a little over an hour.
