At Birketts, we’ve supported Walking With the Wounded's winter campaign for nine years and raised over £14,775 for this incredible cause.
We’re pleased this year’s campaign theme of 'Let's Talk' aligns with the aims and objectives of Birketts' THRIVE programme, promoting positive mental and physical health.

I walked with my home colleagues today ( my husband and our two dogs) - our second dog is a rescue and was trained by an ex army dog trainer so this charity is close to my heart. Equally, my husband is a veteran who saw combat. Not enough is done to support our veterans; this matters a lot.

Fantastic "walk and talk" with the wonderful members of the Planning and Environmental Team yesterday in Bury St Edmunds - massive thanks to Jessamy Pearce for organising, and in particular to Deborah Sharples and Camilla Rhodes who provided a fascinating guided tour of the historic features of the town. Was very good for the soul...
